Q: How long is your current processing time?
A: Currently it is 3-7 business days.
Q: Do you create items yourself?
A: In collaboration with artists, some of our bookish goods are created by us! Other goods are also a collaboration with other small shops that we admire!
Q: Is free shipping ever available?
A: Due to being a small business, shipping costs will apply to most orders. Orders over $150 will allow free shipping. Either way, I hope that the personalization in your package brings you joy! We send all of our packages to you with a lot of love :)
Q: How long will shipping take?
A: Our packages will be sent through USPS. The timing will depend on the location and the shipping option that you've selected. At that time, it should give you an estimate of how long the package will take to arrive.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Unfortunately, no, due to being a small business. Although, we truly believe you'll love your order <3 We hope you can understand!
